Two stage rotary vane vacuum pumps are available in three different series: VACSOUND ECO: The multi-purpose line for up to 28 m3/h (22 cfm) applications. There are specially designed for the refrigeration and A/C industries to eliminate any chance of contamination of ester oil in the sealed compressors. MODULAR: For wider pumping applications. This family of vacuum pumps has a special anti-suck back device that isolates the vacuum system when the pump stops. The suction line vacuum level is maintained while the closed anti-suck back device virtually eliminates any contamination in the vacuum vessel or system being manufactured. An efficient forced ventilation system maintains optimum operating temperature in all sections of the pump. This helps to extend oil and gasket life thus ensuring low maintenance. Thanks to high quality tooling the vacuum pump utilises machine fit pump modules. This reduces the number of gaskets and the cost/labour for pump rebuilds. Forced oil lubrication also extends the overall pump life. The pumps have helium tight construction and high flow gas ballasts which give reater capacity to handle condensable gases or water vapour. A built-in trap limits the amount of oil carried to the exhaust port. Each pump can be supplied with a wide range of fittings and accessories including outlet filters - standard or high efficiency type with oil vapour recovery.
